Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RockinEDC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship products to locations where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

Knives and metal items may be restricted in certain states or jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compliance with local laws prior to purchase.

• Washington, D.C.

Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
